Each session record carries integrity proofs. Checking them shows whether the record changed after it was recorded. An integrity check doesn’t establish that the record is true or complete.

Open a session in your engagement’s scope. The Integrity receipt filter shows the sessions that have one. Review its steps, decisions, and outcome.
Check integrity
Open the session’s integrity view. It shows the record’s commitment and its proof provider status. A recorded anchor status isn’t independent verification on its own. For that, use the verifier.
