Article 13: Information for deployers
Article 13 addresses transparency and information supplied to deployers of high-risk AI systems. Confirm the applicable content with qualified legal counsel.
Supporting records
VeriProof may provide evidence about:
- the application and captured operating context;
- recorded model and version references;
- policy, risk, oversight, and outcome signals;
- known evidence gaps and exceptions;
- review and remediation history; and
- monitoring results for a defined period.
Customer-owned information
The provider remains responsible for the required instructions and operating information. These include the intended purpose, limitations, expected performance, and human oversight.
Document input specifications and maintenance requirements too. A runtime record cannot explain operating conditions that were never captured.
Do not present a VeriProof session or export as the complete instructions for use.
Review for delivery
Confirm that the information matches the selected system version and deployment. Explain the source and limitation of each VeriProof measure.
