Applications

Use Applications to find the system you need to review or configure. Your permissions determine the applications, measures, and actions available.

Find an application

Use search and the visible status, health, environment, tag, or role-specific filters to narrow the list. Grouping and sorting help you compare applications with a shared owner, environment, or status.

If an expected application is missing, check the filters and selected period before requesting an access change. A filtered list is not a complete inventory of the organization.

Choose a view

Use Tile, List, or Table view to match the amount of detail you need. Saved view and column choices can be role-specific. Pin an application to keep it easy to find.

Open the workspace

Open an application to enter its workspace. The visible tabs can include Status, Set up SDK, Sessions, Policy, Compliance, and Config. Your permissions determine which tabs appear.

Create an application

If your role can manage applications, select New application. Enter a name, use case, environment, and optional SDK industry vocabulary. Open the two detail sections only when you need business context, governance settings, or ownership.

When a Developer creates the application, VeriProof assigns that person as the responsible Developer. An Administrator can assign a Developer during creation or later in Application ownership.

The industry vocabulary selects SDK enum metadata. It does not select regulatory frameworks, add policy rules, or add industry processing. Framework scope needs more context than industry alone and is reviewed separately by an authorized Compliance Officer or scope publisher.

When an application uses an SDK industry vocabulary, VeriProof can show up to three framework candidates from that versioned catalog. These are starting points, not regulatory scope. A Compliance Officer confirms what applies based on the application’s location, purpose, data, contracts, and legal obligations. The Compliance workspace separates framework decisions, supporting details, and evidence activity into focused tabs. Recommendation options can hide a candidate until its catalog changes or dismiss it with a recorded reason.

When an application moves to Staging or Production without a framework decision, Compliance receives one review item. The item closes when all current candidates are decided or framework scope is set.

Continue to Set up SDK to connect the application and send a test session. Creating an application or recording its first ordinary activity does not, on its own, create Inbox work for other roles.
