Session integrity
Use an evidence report’s integrity link to inspect the session’s recorded proof. Sign in with an account that can access that session. Auditors retain their assigned engagement scope. An integrity link does not grant additional access.
Check the session identity and verification time before using the result in a review. The page answers an integrity question: does the recorded commitment match its proof? It does not establish that the original business facts were correct.
Azure SQL Ledger
Select Verify integrity to check the recorded commitment against its exact ledger entry. VeriProof also verifies the database against uploaded digests from the deployment’s trusted storage location.
| Result | Meaning and action |
|---|---|
| Recorded | The ledger entry exists. Select Verify integrity to check it. |
| Ledger integrity verified | The commitment matched and the database digest check passed at the displayed time. |
| Waiting for a protected digest | The entry is recorded, but an uploaded digest does not yet cover its transaction. Check again later. |
| Ledger integrity could not be confirmed | The entry or database digest check did not match. Ask your administrator to investigate before relying on the proof. |
| Verification needs configuration | Ask your administrator to check the ledger identity, verification permissions, and trusted digest storage. |
| Verification could not finish | The service was unavailable, busy, or exceeded its time limit. Try again later. |
Verification does not modify the evidence. It checks the recorded commitment and ledger; it does not assess policy compliance or reconstruct captured content. To verify exported content as well, use the independent evidence-pack verifier.
Record the verification result
Keep the session reference, provider, displayed result, and check time with your review notes. If verification is waiting, unavailable, or inconclusive, record that state rather than treating it as verified.
A later successful check can provide new evidence. Keep the earlier result when it is relevant to explaining your review history.
Solana
Review the live transaction verification result and its timestamp. The Explorer link opens the recorded transaction on its configured network. Confirm that network before comparing the transaction with another record. Local simulations and synthetic receipts are identified separately. They are not public Solana transactions or Azure SQL Ledger verification.
