Organization controls
Use Organization controls to set shared requirements for applications and portal users. Review the section that matches your intended change; these settings are not limited to one application.
Environment controls
Require production change review prevents Developers from changing production applications directly. Governance Engineers can prepare changes for an Administrator or Compliance Officer to review.
Application intake and limits
Review current application capacity and the plan limit. Create new apps from first traffic allows SDK traffic from an unknown service name to create an application automatically. For regulated organizations, this setting remains off so applications follow the formal registration process.
Retention and content capture
Set the minimum number of days before captured data is eligible for purge. The minimum is 30 days.
When Content Capture is on, session inputs and outputs are stored for later review. If you turn it off, future captured sessions will lack that content. Consider what reviewers will need to explain a decision.
AI Assist access
Choose whether people in the organization may use AI Assist features in the portal.
Data residency rules
Choose the region where VeriProof stores data from now on. Data already stored stays where it is. Saving this setting does not move your existing records, so do not treat it as proof that they have moved.
These settings affect the whole organization. Save one section at a time and confirm the result before moving to the next section.
