Subscription and usage
Subscription and usage is the read-only account view for the current plan and measured use.
Check whether the records are complete
Read the billing-data status and As of date first. If the page reports incomplete records, do not treat missing charges or limits as zero. Confirm the figures after billing data is restored. If the page cannot load, select Retry; that error does not indicate a subscription change.
Review the plan
The plan card shows the plan name, subscription status, billing period, and available pricing information. Review any trial end date alongside the billing period.
If Open billing portal is available, it opens the account’s external billing portal in a new tab. Otherwise, contact the person who manages your VeriProof agreement when subscription or payment details need to change.
Review usage limits
The usage section shows the limits returned for the organization, including session and intelligence use and any additional capacity available for the plan. A limit shows Action needed when current use reaches the warning level.
Compare used capacity with its limit and period. A warning is a reason to review capacity; it is not confirmation that an application has stopped.
Usage can continue to change while the page is open. Refresh before making a capacity or purchasing decision.
Read the storage estimate
The storage value is an estimate based on current session and step counts. Captured content and other record details can make actual storage different from the estimate.
