NDA request
Identify the material your review needs before requesting confidentiality terms. Some documents require an NDA; availability depends on the material and review scope.
Submit the request
Use the enterprise inquiry form . Include:
- your organization and review owner;
- the deployment model under review;
- the material or questionnaire requested;
- the people who need access; and
- the decision date.
If your organization requires its own NDA form, include that requirement in the request. Do not send confidential evidence through the public form.
