Open a metric

Open a metric to see the filtered records behind its value. Before comparing results, check the applications and dates included.

Work a priority item

Priority cards and lists highlight work that needs attention. A side-panel icon marks items that open a panel. Read the context there, then open the related record if you need more detail or want to act.

Review operating value

Business Owner Home shows estimated annual operating value for the applications you can access. Open the value card to see the included work and assumptions. A separate estimate applies to each application and activity.

Use role-aware guidance

Home changes with your active role. In approved sandbox or view-as experiences, use the role switcher to understand another role’s layout; it does not change your underlying permissions.

A useful daily workflow

1. Review the highest-priority metric or item.
2. Open its filtered detail or side panel.
3. Open the related record and complete the next step within your permissions.
4. Return to Home to confirm the item or value updated.
